SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-10 business days from ordering the items to be shipped, if available.  Each item lists 'in stock' or backordered' under the availability tab, under the description.  If on backorder, allow 5-10 business days to be shipped when back in stock.

Unfortunately, home accessories and rugs cannot ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.  And Nicole Kay Interiors, LLC cannot ship product outside of the United States.  Nicole Kay Interiors, LLC is not responsible for any item that is shipped through a forward shipping company to an address outside of the United States.

Once an item has been checked out and paid for, the shipping address cannot be changed from original receipt.  If there needs to be change, contact nicole@nicolekayinteriors.com within 24 hours of placed order and I will contact the vendor to attempt to get the shipping address changed to the new desired address.

Return & Exchange Policy

I want you to love the items you had purchased; however, sometimes those items may come in damaged or they are simply an item you no longer want.  Please inspect your items upon arrival and notify me within 48 hours to exchange or refund a damaged item.  Please reach out to nicole@nicolekayinteriors.com and list the order number, item name, and a photo of the damaged item.  Nicole Kay Interiors, LLC will process the return/exchange as quickly as possible.

If rugs are not damaged or defective, refunds will be credited minus a 15%-20% restocking fee and shipping costs.  The customer is responsible to ship the product back.  The address to ship an item back will be given upon request to return the item.

Final sale or discontinued items will be labeled on each individual item that applies and will also state this item cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless damaged.  

No item can be cancelled once it's placed with the vendor and has been fulfilled and shipped.  If you need to return the item after it's been delivered, you may reach out to nicole@nicolekayinteriors.com, and we will begin the return process.  Please keep in mind, rugs that are not defective or damaged will include a restocking fee and additional shipping costs to return the rug.  

If you wish to cancel an order after it's been placed due to backorder shipping estimates, please reach out to nicole@nicolekayinteriors.com to request a cancel order.  I will work with the vendor to try and complete your request, but cannot guarantee the order can be cancelled. 

Backordered

Due to the supply chain issues, backorder dates are subject to change.  Nicole Kay Interiors, LLC will work continuously to keep items updated to reflect accurate stock and estimated shipping timelines.  Changes may occur at any point of time; if this occurs after you have made a purchase, Nicole Kay Interiors, LLC will reach out to notify you if an item you purchased has changed it's stock and/or shipping time.

If an item is placed on backorder after you have purchased it, you will be charged when that order is fulfilled and shipped. 

 

COVID-19

There may be extended processing and shipping times due to supply chain issues and strict protocols being held in place during this time at vendors, warehouses, and delivery partners. Your patience is appreciated. 

Dropship Items

All items sold through Nicole Kay Interiors, LLC are processed through drop shipping  from the vendor of that product.  Nicole Kay Interiors, LLC places orders directly with each vendor to process each order, the vendor/warehouse then packages and ships your item(s) directly to you.  If there are any questions concerning ordering, please reach out to nicole@nicolekayinteriors.com
